Suzuki Wagon-R+

By the time the first generation Suzuki Wagon R+ arrived in the UK back in 1997, it was a development of a design that had already been on sale in Japan for four years. 

Japanese Wagon Rs originally differed by having two doors on the passenger side and one on the driver’s side, but all versions that made it to British shores were conventional five-door types. The + aspect of the name signalled these were wider-bodied versions, better able to cope with broader European physiques.
