The Leon family is the most diverse that SEAT currently produces – the standard car has been morphed into a coupe, estate, all-wheel drive and sub-race car. It is currently in its third generation since being launched in 1999.

You can have a five door hatchback, or a three door known as the Leon SC, which stands for Sports Coupe. There’s also a five door estate, which is called the Leon ST. FR trim is the top spec for these three standard cars and comes well-equipped with lots of safety kit and multimedia features.

The estate is also available with a raised ride height and four-wheel drive, and is badged as Leon X-Perience. It uses a fifth-generation Haldex system which is electronically controlled and can send up to 50 percent of the engine power to the rear axle to help find grip.
