The Peugeot 308 is best known as a medium-sized family hatchback and was first launched in 2014. The French company hopes the 308 makes a major step change in build quality and driving fun from the previous generation 308 model.

It goes up against such rivals as the Ford Focus, Honda Civic and Vauxhall Astra. Peugeot believes the 308 offers something unique compared to its rivals in terms of its smaller steering wheel compared to the norm, because it’s designed to enhance the feeling of fun when driving.

The 308 also comes with a touchscreen that’s nearly 10 inches in size and houses most of the car’s function such as sat nav, climate control and audio controls. This creates a much simpler dash that lacks the clutter of buttons and dials that many of its rivals have.
