When the first Kia Sportage went on sale in the UK in 1995 it wasn’t a particular refined or polished family car, and its off-road ability was rather limited.

It's a far cry from the versiion launched in 2010. It packs great looks, roomy interior, lots of kit and is well built to provide a great value proposition. It was with this model that Kia offered a seven-year warranty to provide further reassurance to potential buyers.

In 2015 the company took the wraps off the all-new Kia Sportage. It has a new distinctive design at the front with a 'Tiger nose' grille.

The new Kia Sportage took the competition to the Nissan Qashqai, Ford Kuga and Volkswagen Tiguan, and it has certainly proved to be a popular choice.
