Arguably one of the best-looking convertibles to be launched in recent years, the Jaguar F-Type came to the UK in 2013 as a two-seater open top sports car.

The British firm had not produced a car like the F-Type for some time and its launch was met by a great deal of excitement from the media and retail buyers alike. Based on a shortened platform of the XK convertible, the F-Type is also believed by some to be the spiritual successor to the famous E-Type.

Its main rivals include the Porsche Boxster, Audi TT RS and Mercedes-Benz SL-Class

A hard-topped Coupe version followed suit less than a year later and both are fitted with a supercharged V6 petrol engine available in two power outputs; 336bhp and 375bhp.
