Used Audi A6 Avant (1994 - 1998) Review Review by Parkers on 03 Jul 2019 3 The relatively short-lived first generation A6 is the old 100 after a thorough make-over that refined the old car's stodgy lines, added better safety features and improved equipment levels. Not as good as the current A6, obviously, but it earns its four stars for high quality construction and durability - these cars are nicely run in at 100,000 miles and should do twice that without major problems, provided they're looked after.
