Summary

4 out of 5

What does this car say about you?
Don't really care, it does the job i want it to do, and does it reliably and economically.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Don't care what they think.

Would you buy this car again and why?
YES, good fuel economy for a petrol 4X4, reliable, easily serviced, and it handles well on and off road.

What are you likely to buy next?
Terrano, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Mitsubishi Shogun, or Nissan Patrol as i need good off road ability.

It was a fair price at the time, but it was low mileage and petrol instead of the more popular diesel.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
For off road work, reliability, durability, and ease of maintenance as well as disabled transport.

What was the dealer like?
Dealers were great, a couple of little non mechanical problems, such as the wheel brace and jack handle missing, but replaced by the dealer.

Driving it

5 out of 5

What's it like to drive?
On road it handles very well, but requires the knack to hustle it through corners like the boy racers, and excellent off road, often performing better then so called better models.

What's it like to park?
Easy

Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?
In many miles of road and off road work it has never broken down, failed an MOT, and has only had two anti roll bar drop links, and one off road damaged centre exhaust section.

What's most practical about your car?
Three doors for when young children were carried, and its ability to perform well on road, and superbly off road.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Sunroof: if i ever get it wrong when wading through deep water i can get out without getting my feet wet.
