Very smooth can cruise or put your foot down. Bit sluggish in first gear though.

BMW 3-Series Coupe (99-06)

Mine is five years old with above average miles but still looks as good as new to the naked eye. A bit stark in terms of equipment e.g. no cupholders, a bit like a very pretty girl that's not too bright.

Service and small repair was expensive but I expect that for BMW.

Plenty of torque in higher gears can really cruise on Motorway, just a bit slow starting off and on hills.

A few light bulb fuses and had to get air crank breather valve fixed after 2 weeks of purchase at a cost of £150.

Silver, Debadged, Red Leather, 18 inch upgrades and mud flaps (I know it sounds silly) equals a very very cool and sexy car.

Leather Seats, arm rest and the foot rest next to the clutch can make driving feel so easy, that you feel like part of the car.

Main Dealer was very bad. Wouldn't quote on repair that ended up costing £150, they did offer courtesy car at a cost and to keep my car for a WEEK. Staff told me of another dealer that specialises in BMs older than 5 years+. Job took 3 hrs.

Get door scratches very easily as if the paintwork is delicate. My last car an Astra had a plastic side bumper to stop door scratches as I park in big cars very frequently and after a few minor door dings I know be very picky where I park.

Runs fine loud when first started and had minor problem with a valve which they say is common to go after a while.

Bit of getting used to feels stiff changing especially form 1st to 2nd was checked to have no faults.
