Used Mitsubishi Galant Saloon (1997 - 2003) Review Review by Parkers on 30 Mar 2006 Last Updated: 05 Feb 2014 3 This final Galant from Mitsubishi was better equipped and and more competitively priced than previously. It's a quirky upper-medium executive choice for those who want luxury, but don't want to pay over the odds for it. It's a quirky upper-medium executive choice for those who want luxury, but don't want to pay over the odds for it. It's comfortable, well built and can command menacing on-road presence, although it's unsuitable for busy, larger families. Sadly, the Galant's biggest downfall was that it wore the wrong badge to be considered a true executive choice by the managerial elite, but for families that are on a budget and like something a bit different, it's not a bad choice.
