Used Cadillac SRX (2007 - 2008) Buying & Selling

Review by Dan Harrison on

The SRX is a large 4x4 vehicle that's designed to be comfortable and easy to drive on-road, rather than a hardcore off roader. Its main strengths are that it comes with seven seats as standard (although the extra row doesn't offer that much room), comes well equipped and is distinctively styled.

Buying used

A small dealer network and limited sales mean that finding a used SRX could be your first problem. The best stock will be at Cadillac dealers, but expect to pay a premium for these. There are a small number of left-hand drive SRXs on the market, registered between 2005 and 2007, but don't be tempted to pay over-the-odds for these. They're worth considerably less than the equivalent right-hand drive cars available from March 2007.

Selling

Although Cadillac is a world-famous name, only those in the know can actually name the model line-up in the UK. That means that the SRX could be overlooked by buyers simply because they don't know what it is. But in its favour the car is distinctive and very well equipped.
